Both festive, so much food with friends and company dinner, we need more restaurants because already just us list that we have in mind and do not want to repeat. Today we bring you another very good and also decorated with a very personal style. The philosophy of LUBORA is based on the traditional cuisine with touches of modern cuisine and fusion. Boasts a varied, with different types of dishes, with particular emphasis on the quality of the raw material, its preparation and, of course, in the presentation.
Recently opened, the idea of LUBORA is that whoever goes there not only will eat, but enjoy an experience, with a friendly atmosphere, somewhere cosy and close, with a nice, featuring a carefully selected wine list, which runs throughout the Spanish geography. Just what we were looking for!
The place, as you can see in the photos, is decorated with furniture of aires vintage and select details, LUBORA include the relaxing tones, with a soft gray on the walls and comfortable chairs in wood and upholstery red or blue, that it provide the touch of color. It’s a local simple but with personality, that highlights the luminosity and the friendly atmosphere.
As well as the deco also interested in food will interest you to know that chef Raúl Harillo, formed in Basque Culinary Center “” and tanning in the kitchens of restaurants in “Chamfer”, “Pedro Larumbe”,”Goizeko Kabi” and “Diverxo”, proposes a varied menu inspired by Mediterranean traditional dishes that brings a touch of ingenuity in LUBORA.
If you are thinking of going to try what the House recommendations they are the jumbo shrimp Ceviche with Sisho on crusty bread shrimp, corns Madrid “picantitos” with very nose, Tartare of red tuna from almadraba, tobiko, and kimchinesa or rib of beef at low temperature to oloroso. And, of course, for lovers of the sweet dessert of Chocolate with various formats and accompanied by a terrific ice cream Orange sanguine textures.
The schedule of opening is from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 h to 23:30 h and the average price per person of about 35 euros, in fact boasts group menus from that price.
